The restaurant is located on a small hill and is very spacious and airy, with seating inside and out, and of course some great views of the bay. Although its a bit 'off the beaten path in Choeng Mon Beach is worth the effort to make the trip at least once during your stay.

Operations are managed by experienced chef Jeffrey Lord, who are innovative, creative and spontaneous meals a unique blend of Thai, Californian, European and Japanese styles monitored. Although the menu is small, offers a wide range of tastes and textures. For the serious gourmet tasting menu with Jeffrey can design a special invitation. In the CourtsSamui and Wahoo on offer are the most wonderful sauce called Blackened Buddha jumped over the wall (even if you want to know what you go and try it!)

Restaurant at Zazen Zazen Boutique Resort & Spa

This unique restaurant designed right on the water's edge between Maenam and Bophut. The menu could best be described as "East-West contemporary cuisine, with a strong emphasis on usinghealthy organic ingredients as possible, something which, surprisingly, not always easy to reach the island. There are a series of menus on offer as the "Tropical Asian menu with oriental cuisine from six different countries, or four-course dinner for two lobster and an extensive a la carte menu. The wine list is more than food choice over 75 different varieties of wine.
